Estimated costs, scheduled resources, and provided technical hands-on support for
three projects: 1) 24-site, 56-server conversion from an Apple Macintosh to an all-NT
Server network; 2) Organization-wide, 400-user migration from Microsoft Mail to Microsoft
Exchange; 3) Redesign and implementation of the corporate wide-area network

Defined the resource requirements and constructed a detailed process for revising DNS,
WINS, and DHCP services during a major, 300-site wide-area network reorganization.
Microsoft Education and Certification
Worked closely with a Microsoft measurement and testing team to develop exam questions
for the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 4.0 and Microsoft Exchange 5.0 exams.
Assessed the reliability and validity of exam items during beta-test processes.
A cancer research organization

project plan and estimated costs for a corporate-wide e-mail migration from Lotus cc:Mail
to Microsoft Exchange. Performed server-side installation of Microsoft Exchange, and
monitored the quality of the client-side installations.
Snohomish County Public Utility Division (P. U. D.)
Performed a risk/benefits analysis and developed a migration strategy for a 1000 user
migration from Digital VMS to Microsoft Exchange. Performed server-side installation of
Microsoft Exchange, and monitored the quality of the client-side installations.
Center Printing and Graphics
Implemented secure, dedicated Internet connectivity and Internet messaging services to
help the publishing and sales staffs communicate more quickly and easily with customers. |
